"I have been a client of State Farm for over 30 years. I have had great service for all of those years and have experienced many agents on my account. My current agent started our relationship with a face-to-face meeting in her office. She reviewed my coverage and made some great changes. She also informed me to not make changes to one item because I would lose an option that is no longer available. I truly appreciate that recommendation because it saved me money on a claim I had a few years ago.
To say that Linda is oustanding would be an understatement. Linda knows my needs better that anyone I have worked with in the past. I recently contacted her about an increase in my premium on a relatively new vehicle. The increase was due to the vehicle and not my driving record. I was looking at changing companies over this increase, but realized that the other quotes I received wer not taking into account the vehicle is a plugin hybrid. I found that it would be a mistake to change companies over this situation. I called Linda to inform her that I was unhappy and to give her a chance defend the pricing. She was honest and truly professional in our conversation. She understood my concern and explained this pricing at a level that I could understand.
I am sadened to see that someone has written a poor review over their recent experience with her office. If they truly new Linda, they would have been patient and made an appointment with her to rectify the situation. Being the only negative review stands out as an anomoly. I notice that Linda responded quickly and professionally to you complaint. Now that is professional."

"Longtime State Farm customer in Michigan, Ohio, then Oklahoma. Coming back to Ohio. Contacted Linda for a quote. She said she would get back to me in two days. She called back in two days with some “bad news”. I was not eligible for home insurance in Ohio: worse yet, there was nobody at State Farm I could talk to because it had something to do with my credit report, so I had to call the credit agency. Even worse, she said that “all insurance companies have the same regulations, so unfortunately you will not be able to get home insurance anywhere in the state of Ohio.” She repeatedly interrupted me, then finally said I could speak. When I did she interrupted me again, over and over.

I eventually hung up on her. I had home insurance exactly 21 minutes later from another provider in Ohio.

Do not use this agent.

Edit: the agent said that there is slander in this post. If she would like to tell me exactly what I said that was untrue, I will edit, but this is exactly how the call went and I did get insurance on my very next call to a different provider."
